                          CARS Scholarships
CARS of Wisconsin currently offers several types of scholarships:

Robert R. Morrison Scholarship
The family of Robert R. Morrison and Concerned Auto Recylers are offering a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior. Students may choose to attend a college, university, technical or trade school. The scholarship will be awarded after the student presents evidence of successful completion of one semester and has enrolled in as second semester.

Requirements:

Must have a relative or parent who is either an owner or employee of an auto salvage yard.
Must have a GPA of at least 2.5 or above to be considered for this scholarship.
Salvage yard must be a member of CARS.

Cheryl A. Rastia Memorial Scholarship
The Cheryla A. Rastia Memorial Scholarship is offered many employees and their families to assist in continuing education. Cheryl Rastia worked for over 30 years in the industry and served as the Executive Secretary for CARS from 1990 until 2002 when she lost her courageous battle with cancer.

Requirements:

Applicant may be an employee, owner, or have a parent, grandparent or legal guardian who is an employee or owner.
The employee/owner has to have been employed for at least one year at a business that is a "good standing" member of CARS.
Applicant must have a cumulative high school/college/technical school grade point average of 2.5 or higher.

Bob Hoffmann Memorial Scholarship
The Bob Hoffmann Memorial Scholarship is administered and funded by the statewide association of Wisconsin’s automobile salvage industry known as Concerned Auto Recyclers of Wisconsin (C.A.R.S. of Wisconsin).

Requirements:

Applicant may be an employee, owner, or have a parent, grandparent or legal guardian who is an employee or owner.
The employee/owner has to have been employed for at least one year at a business that is a "good standing" member of CARS.
Applicant must have a cumulative high school/college/technical school grade point average of 2.5 or higher.

URG Scholarship Foundation
The URG Scholarship Foundation was founded in 2014, dedicated to those individuals who gave their talent, time and very often their own finances to ensure the growth and success of the automotive recycling industry.

ARA Scholarship Foundation
The Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit organization, whose purpose is to promote education through the awarding of scholarships annually to students on the basis of academic achievement.
